Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was mixed. The rooms were spacious and truly comfortable, complete with a cozy fireplace, although they could use some updates. On the plus side, the staff was very responsive to my concerns and accommodating during some unexpected weather. The location was perfect for accessing nearby shops and restaurants, but it was a bit noisy due to close proximity to a large gathering. Overall, there are some great features, but a few tweaks would enhance the experience.
The hotel has some strong points, like the perfect location right in the village and the warmth of the staff who really went above and beyond during my stay. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in left a bit to be desired due to noise issues and cleanliness. While the overall experience was decent, I felt the value for money could have been better, especially considering the room quality.
This hotel had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic, really close to everything while also being a little quieter than some other spots. The rooms were decent, clean and comfortable, but I did have issues with noise from a slamming door. The service was exceptional, really kind and helpful, which made my stay more pleasant. On the downside, the dining could use some improvement; it just wasn't what I was hoping for based on the price I paid.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were clean, but I had a view of the neighboring restaurant that played loud music late into the night. The location was fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby, although it was a bit noisy during the early hours. The staff was attentive, but I found the service to be intrusive at times. On the whole, I enjoyed my time, but there were definitely things that could use improvement.
I had a great stay at this hotel located right in the heart of Blue Mountain Village. The rooms offered stunning views of the slopes and had a lovely little kitchenette, making it feel homey. The service was wonderful, even when they had to deal with some unruly guests. The location was just perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the dining experience could be improved, and there were minor issues with service details. Overall, the value for money was decent, but there were a few small things that could be better.
